The Heartsavers programs are designed for individuals who are not in the healthcare such as daycare providers and coaches but do have life saving responsibilties in case of an emergency.
Group classes are given at least 1x per week.
Check your surroundings and verbalize the scene is safe.

Locate hand placement and compressions are 100/min and the ratio is 30:2. 30 compressions for every 2 breathes.
